Freelancers Hiring Process
We follow a simple process for all contributors.
- Sample: Set a due date and a budget for the sample. Since all projects are different, specify details, such as unit, size, format, word count, length, etc.
- Testing: After receiving the sample, approve within 24 – 48 hours.
- Hiring: Set a due date and a budget for the actual project. If it’s a long task, divide it to batches. Before starting, require a release form with all other details about the project.
- Proofing: After receiving the final work, approve within 24 – 48 hours.
- Payment: If approved, process the payment within 3 to 5 days and we add the contractor to the pre-approved list for future projects.
X) If not approved or late, we either cancel the job or give it another 24 hours to be fixed.
Payment Methods
Besides job sites, we also pay PayPal and Payoneer.
